I have been doing affiliate marketing for only a little under nine months. Granted I am not doing this full time and I have only done two forms of advertising. But I will tell you that I made my first three sales in my very first week. To date I have made a little over $1,200 so I wouldn’t say that’s too shabby.
You will hear different opinions from so many different people about affiliate marketing. I know for a fact that you can do this full time and make a great living but it’s just like any other venture into the online industry. You have to learn how, you have to implement what you learn consistently on a daily basis and you have to be patient. By no means will you have overnight success.
I really enjoy affiliate marketing and am fixing to step up my game. I recently purchased two more courses that are teaching me how to do exactly that so I can’t wait to implement what I have learned and then share them with you.
Whether you are promoting products through services you have used that you are recommending to others or promoting certain products you know people are searching for. Whichever way you chose to go, it can be a very lucrative way to make money.
What I love about affiliate marketing is that besides the investment into a good course that will teach you what to do, the only other expenses you really need up front are for your domain names. Granted, you don’t have to spend any more money than that to get started but it would be in your best interest to at least create a blog which means you will need a hosting service. You can start with free forms of advertising to keep your costs down but it will take longer to get ranked in the search engines, which is where you will need to learn some patience.
Affiliate marketing is a great way to either make some extra money or create a full time income. And that, my friends, is the truth about affiliate marketing.
