I know the year is young but I set some goals for myself and I’m following through with them. I’ve already hit the ground running and am so excited about what I have in store for myself and for you this year.
Remember in my first post when I shared with you the exciting things in store for 2012! One of the things I wanted to talk about more this year are the misconceptions a lot of people have within the network marketing industry.
Now I know that not all of you who read my blog are in network marketing but I truly believe that a lot of you will be able to relate to this first misconception just the same.
As you will notice, I shot a video to share this particular message with you because I decided to go back to the basics. Have you switched your profile over to Facebook’s Timeline yet? Were you one of those brave souls who wanted to check it out as soon as it was released? Well, not me!!!
I admit not being too keen on change. Some change is good while some, not so hot. When I saw what Facebook was doing my first thought was oh great, here we go again. Now I’m sure that the big wigs behind Facebook have their reasons for so many updates and I know that some people are really loving the changes now.
The more I thought about it the more I decided that it’s going to happen permanently whether I want it to or not. No one knows for sure when that will be so I didn’t want to wake up one morning to find that today’s the day and I don’t have time to mess with it.

Well 2012 finally made it. Yey!!! I for one am thrilled and excited to see what this year holds in store for not only me, but for all my blogging friends who have been so supportive this past year.
So many people have been making their plans, setting their goals and visualizing what’s in store for this new year in terms of their business.
I was asked numerous times whether I was going to write a post summing up what I accomplished in 2011, what I didn’t accomplish and what I have in store for this year. Since I felt I’ve pretty much been an open book with what I’ve been involved in this past year I didn’t think I’d be redundant and bore you with all of that again. I get asked a lot how I’ve been able to have the success with my blog that I have. I’m always happy to answer anyone’s questions when it comes to what I’ve been doing. I’ve even been interviewed on this subject many times now.
The one thing I haven’t done is write a post mapping out everything I did to get me to where I am right now. Since this is my last post what better subject to write about. At least this way I can never be accused of not sharing my secrets. Oh and beware because it’s going to be a long one but I hope you’ll find it worth your time.

I just can’t let this year slip by without thanking my very dear blogging buddies for naming me as one of those lucky recipients of the “Sunshine Award”.
Imagine my surprise when back on November 26th I visited Samantha Bangayan’s blog, What Little Things, and saw that she had nominated me as one of the recipients of this award. I was so very touched that she thought of me. That in itself is an honor.
Then on December 13th I visited Kim Davies’ blog, Viz Source, and saw that she had also nominated me for this fun award. Thank you SO much Kim.
On December 22nd I stopped by Bill Dorman’s blog, Bill Dorman, to see what he was up to that very fine day. Not only was he also a recipient of this awesome award, but be nominated me too.
