Although a lot of people know about Skype, I still run across people from time to time that may have heard about it, but still aren’t quite familiar with what exactly it is.
Skype is a free software application that allows users to make voice calls over the Internet. When you call someone who also has this service, it’s free-of-charge, even if you are in another country. If you use Skype to call a landline or a mobile phone, there is a small fee. Additional features include instant messaging, file transfer and video conferencing.
To set up your account today, just go to www.skype.com and click on download.

I am one of the boneheads that dragged my feet and never got Skype setup until about two weeks ago. I have become a huge Skype advocate and truly appreciate you helping me to spread the word.
