Sometimes it’s hard to express yourself when you only have a limit of 140 characters. It’s hard to say everything that you want to say and when introducing yourself to new followers, you would like to have a more personal touch. That is where Bubble Tweet comes in.

A “Bubble Tweet” is a short 30 second video that plays in a bubble video player that floats on top of your Twitter page. When people connect to your Bubble Tweet, your video pops up, plays and pops out. It’s really simple to create, easy and fun. It’s a great way to introduce yourself. Are you ready to create your first Bubble Tweet? The tutorial below will walk you through the process step-by-step. If you aren’t familiar with Twitter, check out my recent post “Some Great Twitter Tips“.

Bubble Tweet

Go to Bubble Tweet at www.bubbletweet.com. Type in your twitter name then select webcam if you want to record a video clip right now or video upload if you already have a video ready.  Just press begin and it will take you to the next window.

Webcam

If you selected webcam, you will be connected to your computers camera. Get ready to shoot your video and remember it has to be under 30 seconds.

Video Upload

If you selected upload then you will be taken to the video upload screen where you will click on browse, locate your video on your computer and then hit upload. Bubble Tweet accepts several video types such as mov, wmv, avi and mpeg.

URL

Once your video is complete, you will be given your own unique URL for your Bubble Tweet. You can then start tweeting your new video or include it in a message to your new follows so they can get to know you better.

That’s it, pretty simple, easy and it’s free. So, head on over to www.bubbletweet.com and start creating your own Bubble Tweet today.
