How can you make money online? This is a question that a lot of people have. If you are new to the internet and you go to the search engines and type in “how to make money online” you will be overwhelmed that there are over a million results for that particular phrase. Everyone has something to share with you about how you can make money online.
It’s always best if you have some sort of idea what you would like to do, but if you are anything like me, I didn’t have a clue. I just knew that I wanted to try my hand at this so I went searching for answers. I was so overwhelmed with all the information I found and had absolutely no idea where to start. There are literally hundreds of things you can do online to make money but you want to try and build a business that will grow.
This post isn’t going to be about what I suggest you do, but to advise you of all your different options so that you can make your own informed decision. Because this will be your business and something you will be involved in for a long time to come, it has to be something that you enjoy doing. Most will suggest that you can start your own business based on something that you already enjoy. Like if you are a dog lover you can give advice on that subject or sell products for dogs. You can always sell items on eBay or go into affiliate marketing and promote other people’s products. You can also join a business opportunity and promote that business and get others to join. If you have your own unique talents you can hire yourself out as a freelancer and complete projects for others. You can also go into coaching and teach others your unique talent.
As you can see there are so many different directions you can pursue so you need to educate yourself in some of these areas before jumping in head first and joining the first thing that you find. There is so much more involved than people realize and I wasted the first 16 months online doing everything wrong. I signed up with a business opportunity and was taught to just promote that opportunity by placing ads all over the place and convincing people to join. After getting very frustrated with having absolutely no success, I went in search for answers and found out the reason I continued to fail.
Just take your time and do your research. In order for any type of business to succeed you have to be dedicated, motivated, have the desire to succeed, money to invest, be willing to learn and the faith that you can do this. You can make money online if this is what you really want.

The thing with internet marketing is that it is constantly growing, and with lots of various platforms and web 2.0 websites appearing it is becoming much more diverse. Internet marketers will always be able to make money online with persistance because there will always be more users than there will marketers. Good post!
