5 Tips Why Using Your Own Domain Name for Affiliate Links is Beneficial

Why is using your own domain name for affiliate links beneficial? Here are 5 tips:

Distribute Articles

Articles are very popular as well as a free source for promoting your affiliate products. But most article sites don’t allow affiliate links in your resource box. This is why having your own domain name to redirect to your affiliate site is so important.

Listed Higher in Search Engines

By targeting a particular keyword phrase and including that phrase into your domain name, you can easily show up on the front page of the search engines. It’s been known to happen.

Use in Forums or Emails

You can use your domain name in forum and email signatures. This is another place that affiliate links are frowned upon and this way, you won’t raise any suspicion. Have you ever wanted to tell your email list about a great product but don’t want to share the ugly and long link that is supplied by the affiliate site? Domain names are a great way to mask that.

Benefits of Used Domains

Once you have used a domain for an affiliate link you can chose to build your own site and benefit from the traffic that domain name targets. You can start by simply putting up a squeeze page or mini site and grabbing email addresses before you direct them to the merchant’s site. This is the best way to start building your own successful business and earning potential.

Get More Clicks

You have a much higher chance of increasing your click through rates with a related domain redirect as opposed to a standard affiliate link.

There is no way to know if this traffic converts higher or not, but just getting four times as many people to look at the merchant’s offer is definitely a good thing.

I looked over your blog and it looks really good. Do you ever do link exchanges on your blog roll? If you do, I’d like to exchange links with you.

Let me know if you’re interested.

Thanks..

Thanks a lot I really enjoyed reading this. It makes me want to start my own blog! Just what subject though? I am a dentist by profession but cannot imagine many people wanting to read about the dental profession? Maybe I am wrong!

Hello my friend!

I just wanted to take a moment and say “Thanks!” I REALLY appreciate you taking the time to comment on my blog post!

I think everyone should have a blog whether it’s about what you do or who you are. You can always just start your own blog and share with everyone your interests as well as your profession. I’m sure you have some great tips for people when it comes to their mouth. You know, not everyone enjoys going to the dentist. You might find some people eager to visit your office.

I always look forward to hearing comments about my posts. Make sure and cruise around and check out more of my posts, shoot me a comment, and keep in touch.

Wishing you prosperity and success,

Adrienne

Hey Davis,

Sure, you can take part of my post but I would just appreciate you giving me recognition that it came from me. You can always copy any posts from my site as long as you put my name and website link at the bottom.

Be sure and let me know what your blog is and I’ll stop by and comment on your posts. The more comments you have, the quicker it will get ranked higher.
