So glad to have you back. If you have missed any of my most recent posts, be sure to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
I was recently introduced to some simple and easy productivity tools that can help you save time if you are a busy network or online marketer. All of them are free to use accept one, which is under $10.
Because developing a serious business online can be very time consuming, finding tools that can help save time on repetitive tasks can be priceless.
I hope these suggestions will be as helpful for you as they are for me.
Free Download Manager (FREE)
I am always downloading lots of products, eBooks, videos, you name it. Waiting for large files to download can be so frustrating and such a waste of time. This little tool will help you use your time more wisely and enhance your productivity.
It’s called Free Download Manager and it’s a powerful little tool. You can download it at:

Smart Type Assistant ($9.95)
Now if this isn’t the coolest little tool ever. I love how creative and inventive some people are.
If you type the same phrases over and over again, wouldn’t it be cool if you could just type in a couple of letters and your sentence or even an entire email would be completed for you? It sure does come in handy when you are typing friend requests on social media sites or follow up emails to prospects. Sure, you can always copy and paste your already written messages from someplace stored on your computer, but first you have to find them, open them, copy them and then paste them which is very time consuming. With just a few keystrokes, it’s done for you instantly. How cool is that!
Oh, one little thing… It only works on Windows operating systems so you Mac users are out of luck with this one.
You can download it at:

Team View 4 (FREE)
Now this comes in VERY handy… I am always having clients and even friends call me up with a problem and I can’t just hop in the car and run over to their house to help them with a problem on their computer. Some live close by but others live in a different state.
What if you could hop onto their computer and show them exactly how to do what you were trying to explain to them over the phone? Talk about reducing frustration and not only improving your productivity, but helping them at the same time!
Team Viewer establishes connections to any computer within just a few seconds. You can remote control your partner’s computer as if you were sitting right in front of it. This REALLY helps when you are helping a new person get started no matter what system they are using. You can download at:
Tidy Favorite (Free)
This program organizes your bookmarks! Now you can organize your favorite links as thumbnails instead of plain text links. Trying to read through all the different text links is hard enough.
With Tidy Favorites, you can take any website that you like and store it in an easy to access folder right on your desktop. This is much easier and you can quickly glance through the web shots to find your favorite sites. Luckily, you aren’t limited to using just one browser with this program. You can download it at:
Mikogo (Free)
If you are just starting out and want to get the experience of hosting your own webinars or would prefer to keep your meetings small without the high costs of using these programs, now you can.
Mikogo is a free desktop sharing tool that can assist you in conducting the perfect online meeting or web conference. This tool is just like GoToMeetings but you are limited to no more than 10 participants simultaneously.
This tool allows you to send an invitation to a session participant offering them the role of presenter at any time during your free desktop sharing session. Upon their acceptance, the viewing direction will switch enabling the participant to now have control of the screen. You can switch between as many participants as required. You can download it at:
TweetGlide (Free)
This is another very cool Twitter application. It is very similar to TweetDeck but with some added features.
Like TweetDeck, you can divide your followers into different columns but their replies, messages and retweets will show up in different colors so you can easily identify which kind of tweets you are receiving. It also gives you the ability to manage multiple accounts, say more than just the limited 140 characters, shorten your URL instantly and keep up with how many times your URL was clicked and who clicked it. Yep, it’s a cool little tool
You can download it at:
I hope some or all of these tools you will find helpful. I know they will save you time.
If you have any great tools you would care to share, please be sure to comment or either retweet this post and share this information with others. I am sure they will appreciate this too!
